Who you are dealing with

Mestro is provided by Agentic AI Systems Ltd, registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), registration number 14007, Level 3, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@callagentcloud.com.

What the service is

Mestro is an AI agent that an organisation offers to its customers or staff, reached on a dedicated business WhatsApp number we provide for that organisation, and also through the organisation's app or by phone. It answers from information the organisation has provided. The organisation decides what it can help with.

Preview status

Mestro is currently a preview service, available by invitation. It may change, pause or be withdrawn, and features may be added or removed, without notice. Where sample data is used, it is marked as such on screen and the assistant will say so if asked.

Answers are assistance, not advice

The assistant quotes the information it has been given and says when it does not have an answer. It can still be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters, such as a departure time, a payment or a policy, with the organisation itself. The assistant never makes a payment or a booking on its own; any such action is shown to you and confirmed by a person.

Acceptable use

Use Mestro only through an invitation you were given, for the purpose the organisation offers it.
Do not attempt to extract other people's information, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Do not send content you have no right to send.

We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

Your data

How we handle your messages, voice notes, photos and saved facts is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

The preview service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on an answer, from unavailability of the service, or from the acts of the organisation that offers it to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Not an emergency service

Mestro is not a way to reach emergency, security or medical services. In an emergency contact the local emergency number or the organisation's own staff.

Independence from WhatsApp and Meta

Mestro is an independent service of Agentic AI Systems Ltd. It is delivered on WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform but is not endorsed by, affiliated with or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Intellectual property

Mestro, its name, design and software are the property of Agentic AI Systems Ltd. Content an organisation provides to the assistant remains that organisation's. Nothing here transfers any rights to you beyond the use described on this page.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top tells you when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
